Our Story
Spoton Towing and Recovery has been in operation since 2017. What started as a locally owned towing business has grown into a comprehensive automotive service provider — covering towing and recovery, roadside assistance, windscreens, motor and business insurance, tyre and fitment services, rubberizing, and vehicle accessories.
We are proud to have served hundreds of customers over the years, ranging from individual motorists to large national corporations, insurance companies, government bodies, and leading motor dealers. We always select drivers and staff with great care and ensure that they are legally qualified to offer towing and roadside assistance services. Our staff are not only trained to operate towing equipment but also to understand the importance of customer service and its implications for our business. To this end, we ensure that our staff regularly receive training, inclusive of customer relations training.
