General Questions

Where are you located?

Our head office is located at 200 Rainham Road, Willowvale, Harare. We also have tow trucks stationed at several locations across Zimbabwe.

What are your operating hours?

Our office operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. However, our emergency towing and roadside assistance services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Towing and Recovery

Do you tow across all of Zimbabwe?

Yes. We have tow trucks stationed at several locations across Zimbabwe and we can respond to towing requests anywhere in the country, including remote locations.

What kinds of vehicles do you tow?

We tow light motor vehicles including sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, and bakkies. We also handle heavy towing for trucks, buses, and trailers, as well as machinery and equipment transportation.

Do you handle accident recovery?

Yes. We follow proper procedures when dealing with insurance companies and will clear wreckages and any salvageable vehicles to your possession.

How quickly can you respond to a towing request?

Response times depend on your location, but our fleet is stationed at multiple locations across Zimbabwe to give the fastest possible response. Call us and we will give you an estimated arrival time.

Roadside Assistance

What roadside services do you offer?

Our roadside services include car lockout assistance, jumpstart services, tyre changing assistance, battery testing, and emergency towing.

Are you available 24/7 for roadside emergencies?

Yes. Our roadside assistance service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

Do you come to remote locations?

Yes. We come to remote locations even if you are far out of town. Contact us and we will let you know the estimated arrival time.

Windscreens

What types of vehicles do you supply windscreens for?

We supply windscreens for all vehicle types including sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, bakkies, buses, and commercial trucks.

Do you offer anti-smash tint installation?

Yes. We offer anti-smash tint installation for added safety, privacy, and UV protection.

Insurance

What insurance products do you offer?

We offer third-party and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance, plus property, travel, goods in transit, passenger, business interruption, motor traders, and scholars insurance.

Which insurance companies do you work with?

We work with leading Zimbabwean insurers including CBZ Insurance, Old Mutual Insure, THI Insurance, and Hamilton Insurance.

Can you also handle vehicle registrations and licensing?

Yes. We also handle vehicle registrations, lost book applications, 3rd plate applications, reregistrations, exemptions, and VTS clearance.
